Chair yoga is seated gentle yoga based movement with breathwork and relaxation.No experience needed and everyone is welcome. We usually stay seated but there can be occasional standing to balance with support (this is optional)
Chair yoga is great for building strength and encouraging flexibility whilst increasing confidence. It's also an enjoyable way to meet new people.
Its £6 Per week. No need to book.
