Get your exercise and stretching in with easy, comfortable chair yoga!Perfect for all ages, abilities, and experience levels, chair yoga is the activity for you! We’ll have a licensed yogi (yoga instructor) guide the group in an approximately hour long session. Everything you will learn is easy to practice at home! Participants should wear comfy clothes and will have the opportunity to take their shoes off, if desired.
This program is paid for by the Friends of the Casey County Public Library, thanks to all the wonderful support they receive from the community with their fundraising efforts.
