About this Event
Chair Yoga is a gentle mindfulness practice that can positively impact health and wellbeing. This is a free 45 minute session occuring once a month.
Join a qualified Chair Yoga and Meditation teacher, who will guide you through breathing exercises to slow down the mind and body, very gentle seated stretches and a guided meditation that will leave you feeling peaceful, calm and relaxed.
Please contact us a week prior to the event if you have any access requirements for you to fully participate.
