Join us as we offer this class with Barbara Rich, certified yoga instructor. This is a nontraditional way to experience mindful, gentle, inner and outer strengths and insights. Stretch towards what matters, lengthen our spines while leaning into wise decisions. This will involve breathing and movements from sitting positions and standing positions.
