Chair Yoga is a gentle, grounded way to move your body—perfect if you want the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor. Rooted in breath and mindfulness, this practice supports strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation—all at a pace that feels nourishing.
This 60 minute practice is for anyone in a season of transition or healing. Even longtime yogis often discover new depth and awareness through this gentle form. Come as you are—this is movement that meets you where you’re at. All bodies, all experiences, all phases of life are welcome.
