Experience the benefits of yoga without the necessity of getting up and down from the floor at CHAIR YOGA CLASS. Thursdays at 11AM at CROZET LIBRARY. The body is taken through a full range of motion without having to worry about falling when doing standing poses. Certified instructor Leslie Schneider has over 20 years of teaching experience. A consultation with one’s doctor is highly recommended. No registration required.
