This certification is for anyone ready to add chair and office yoga to their skill set, not just for yoga teachers. It is perfect for healthcare workers, care givers, physical therapists, etc.
Includes a teaching manual and certificate of completion. 10 CEUs for Yoga Alliance will be given.
Do you have students clients or friends and family members who struggle with movement or yoga poses due to age, weight, medical issues, disability or inflexibility? Would you like to teach at hospitals, senior centers, nursing homes, community centers and office settings? By adapting traditional yoga poses to a chair, you can bring the accessible benefits of yoga to every BODY.
In this 10 hour training you will learn to:
•Teach an accessible chair yoga class, as well as an office or corporate chair yoga class
•Learn specific modifications
•Incorporate meditation, relaxation, and breathing techniques to improve health and well-being
Includes: Teaching manual and certificate of completion.
