Chair Yoga | August Session

Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Poses are carefully selected by experienced yoga instructor Jill Pace to improve balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and to reduce stress.
The class begins with a calming seated warm-up, followed by 20 to 30 minutes of gentle standing postures using a chair for balance and support. You’ll finish with a relaxing seated cool down to ground both body and mind. Move at your own pace and get in tune with your body.
Register today! $50 for members or $75 for guests for all 4 weeks.
