Back by popular demand, Chair Yoga is a low-impact workout including exercises to improve strength and endurance. No experience necessary.
About this Event

Session 2 consists of three separate days of Chair Yoga and will take place from 11 am-12 pm on Saturdays June 21, July 19 and Aug 16. This series is FREE and open to all but requires pre-registration and on-site waivers. No experience necessary to participate.

Led by Cynthia Brooks of Day Yoga Studio.
