Back by popular demand, Chair Yoga is a low-impact workout including exercises to improve strength and endurance. No experience necessary.About this Event
Session 2 consists of three separate days of Chair Yoga and will take place from 5:30-6:30 pm on Wednesdays May 7, June 11, and July 2. This series is free and open to all but requires pre-registration and on-site waivers. No experience necessary to participate.
