NEW! CHAIR YOGA AT THE CITY OF SHELTON CIVIC CENTER WITH JOONBUG YOGA
This class is open to beginners and offers an all levels chair yoga experience led by Michelle Pugh. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any additional yoga props for added comfort. Chairs are provided by the Parks and Recreation. department. We have some additional yoga mats for use during class. All levels of experience welcome and modifications are offered throughout the class.
Winter Chair Yoga Session Details:
Classes to be held on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
Dates: January 8, 15, 22 and 29, and February 5, 12, 19, and 26 2026
Cost: $120.00 per person for the full session. $15.00 per person for a drop-in class after 9 people have pre-registered for the full session.
