Weekly Chair Yoga (Drop-in or Punch Card)Wednesdays | 10:00-10:45am | Every week
This class rotates every other week:
-1st & 3rd Wednesdays: Traditional chair yoga (entirely seated)
-2nd & 4th Wednesdays: Chair-assisted mat class (standing poses, balance, gentle core work + floor relaxation)
-5th Wednesday months will be a surprise! 😉
Pricing:
$8 drop-in
$40 for a 5-class punch card
$70 for a 10-class punch card
Perfect for anyone who prefers a morning or midday class, wants to avoid floor transitions, or simply enjoys a supportive, slower-paced practice. These classes include everything you'd expect from a mat class: intentional movement, breathwork, centering, and mindfulness.
