Celebrate Chain of Lakes parkrun's 150th Event by wearing your Milestone Shirt!! Don't have a shirt yet? Have no fear, we plan on doing this twice a year. So keep working towards those milestones!parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. First-timers briefing is at 8:50, pre-run brief is at 8:55.
You can walk, run, volunteer, or spectate! Kids are welcome with a guardian, strollers are permitted, 1 dog allowed per participant on a short handheld leash.
All you need to do is register one time (for free!) at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ and bring your barcode with you.
We hope to see you there! Join us for coffee afterwards at the 5k Cafe.
