CHACE on Sundays is more than a market—it’s a weekly cultural ritual that blends nature, creativity, food, and community in a serene farm setting.

This is an opportunity for vendors to showcase their craft in an engaging, family-friendly atmosphere while connecting with a diverse community of visitors.

Food Vendors: Pre-packaged or cottage food only unless you hold proper Fulton County/City permits. No alcohol sales.

Not Accepted: Counterfeit goods, weapons, offensive material.

• Fee: $50 per Sunday, per 10’x10’ space
• Includes: One 10’x10’ footprint & one vendor parking pass
• Bring Your Own: Tent (with weights—25 lbs per leg), tables, chairs, signage, quiet-grade generator if power is needed.
• Note: No electricity provided. Sound or amplification must be pre-approved.

• Arrival: 6:30–7:15 AM
• Unload: At vendor zone, then move car to parking by 7:20 AM
• Open & Ready: 7:30 AM (capture the early yoga/breakfast crowd)
• Sales Window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Breakdown: 4:00–4:45 PM (no early breakdowns without approval)

• Operates rain or shine.
• In case of bad weather, programming may shift into the house/gallery.
• If the organizer cancels prior to opening, fees will roll over to a future Sunday.

• Payment: Due upon approval to secure your date.
• Cancellations: No refunds. With 72+ hours notice, we can attempt a one-time reschedule if space allows.
• Permits/Taxes: Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and sales tax.
• Food Safety: Must comply with applicable health codes; permits required if asked.
• Waste: Vendors must keep spaces clean and remove all waste.
• Conduct: Family-friendly environment; professional behavior required.
• Prohibited: Unweighted tents, loud generators, alcohol sales, offensive material, early breakdowns.
• Media Release: By registering, you consent to photography/video of your booth/products for CHACE marketing.

• Staff support for load-in, wayfinding, and vendor needs

• Indoor contingency placement if needed

• A well-branded, compelling 10’x10’ setup
• Tent with weights, tables, chairs, signage, POS system
• Generator if needed (quiet-grade only)

Vendors will be selected based on quality, category balance, community fit, and variety. Preference may be given to vendors who engage guests with unique offerings, demos, or Sunday-only specials.
