3. Authorization of Use
   CGN reserves the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, license, and otherwise exploit these photographs and recordings in any form, format, or medium now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, whether commercial, promotional, educational, or archival.
4. Third-Party Use

   Attendance at this event constitutes your knowing and voluntary consent to such photography, recording, and use.
