The Fall Festival Margarita

• 2 parts blanco tequila

• 2 parts fresh apple cider

• 1⁄2 part orange liqueur

• 1⁄2 part fresh lime juice

• 1⁄4–1⁄2 part cinnamon-agave syrup, depending on the

sweetness of the cider

Maple Bourbon Sour

• 2 oz bourbon

• 3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1⁄2 oz pure maple syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Optional: 1⁄4 oz fresh orange juice for a slightly softer, more

crowd-friendly version
