Get ready for Central Florida Tiki Society’s 6th Annual Halloween Monorail Crawl — a festive, free-to-attend evening of cocktails, camaraderie, and resort-hopping mischief around Walt Disney World’s Seven Seas Lagoon.
Did someone say free? Yes! This event is completely FREE: no tickets, no wristbands, no RSVP. Just show up, grab a drink, and join the fun.
Our evening begins at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, with stops at the Grand Floridian and the Contemporary before returning to where it all started. Each resort offers its own signature atmosphere and seasonal libations, perfect for soaking up the Halloween vibes and connecting with fellow tiki fans. If you’re still among the living at nine, beware… you’ve unlocked the Poly Trick-or-Three: Tambu Lounge, Trader Sam’s, and the Tiki Terrace. Choose your haunt, or drift between all three as the night winds down.
Costumes are encouraged, never required. From classic villains and mischievous ghosts to retro tiki attire and matching aloha prints, we love seeing it all. Whether you go full fright, full tiki, or just show up as your charming mortal self, we’re dying to have you.
The first 150 guests to arrive will receive a free ID lanyard to commemorate the evening. And while this year’s collectible postcard is still under wraps, rest assured — it’s shaping up to be something frightfully fun.
Your ghost hosts, Jay and Kathy McGuire, will materialize at the Tiki Terrace at 2:00 PM to greet the brave, the bold, and the mildly confused. Don’t miss the group photo in the Polynesian lobby around 4:45 PM — it’s the one moment everyone pretends to be standing still.

PARKING: With construction underway at the Polynesian’s new entrance, parking is limited to resort guests and those with confirmed dining or recreation reservations. If driving, we suggest parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and either boarding the monorail or taking the short walk over.
Disney Springs buses and ride-shares such as Lyft or Uber are also great options, especially if planning to enjoy a few spirited beverages during the festivities.
