About Stella: Stella Kert is a seasoned finance leader and the current Head of Finance at Montonio. Joining the company a year ago as its first-ever finance hire, Stella has since built and led a robust finance function, overseeing all aspects from accounting and audit processes to financial modelling, forecasting, investor reporting, and treasury management.

With nearly 20 years of experience in finance, Stella brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, with a background that includes M&A consultancy at Keystone Advisers, financial controlling at Magnum AS, and FP&A analysis at Veriff. Known for her strategic approach and hands-on leadership, Stella is a trusted expert in financial strategy and operations, driving financial excellence and resilience in fast-growing companies.
About Uku: Uku Lember is Head of Finance at Lightyear, having joined the company in its early stages and is responsible for the finance function end to end. His priorities include financial modelling, unit economics & compliance, as well as treasury and risk management.

Uku has worked in finance for over 13 years. Starting out in consultancy in EY across its Tallinn and Los Angeles offices, he then moved into the startup world — responsible for treasury management, budgeting forecasting and regional expansion in Skeleton and Wise.
