CFCE Health presents Community Wellness Event

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) invites you to an evening dedicated to community wellness, movement, and healthy living.

Join us on March 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM for a refreshing wellness experience designed to help our community relax, reconnect, and prioritize their health. This special event will feature a guided yoga session, wellness education, and opportunities to connect with organizations that support healthy lifestyles.

Hosted in partnership with Black Yogis of South Florida and Eat Well Exchange, this event promotes physical, mental, and nutritional wellness for individuals and families across our community.

Whether you are new to yoga or experienced in your wellness journey, this event welcomes everyone who wants to move, stretch, and take a moment for their well-being in a supportive and uplifting environment.

If you have a yoga mat at home, feel free to bring it along and join us for the session!
