200 meter run or any machine (row or bike)

21 Kettlebell Swings
12 Pull-ups (any way you can do it)
2 rounds of "Nancy"
400 meter run or any machine (row or bike)
15 overhead squats
3 rounds of "Cindy"
5 Pull-ups (any way you can do it)
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

9 Thrusters
9 Pull-ups (any way you can do it)

15 Snatches
Finally, perform 200 meter run or any machine (row or bike)
