Clinical Education Teams (CETs) are educational forums and opportunities for open dialogue and brainstorming around complex issues faced by those receiving START services and their team/system members. This is done through the lens of a de-identified case. These teams are designed to improve START and the local community's capacity to support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.
Active engagement, interaction, and sharing of perspectives among all CET attendees are integral aspects of these learning forums! We look forward to exploring your expertise and valued perspectives during the discussion portion of this CET.
Individuals, family members and/or guardians do not attend CETs, but the presenting coordinator does review all team recommendations with individuals and families as a follow-up to this discussion.
