The Certified Change Leader is a deep dive into holistic change focused on experienced leaders successfully delivering future changes
About this Event

This workshop and qualification will recognize a greater depth of change understanding, demonstrating competency to lead others through change.

The workshop will focus on the following change areas:

1. Culture and its Impact within Organizations
2. Understanding Strategic Change Needs and Delivery
3. Developing and Leading Change Agent Networks
4. Agile Change
5. VUCA & Disruptive Change

The workshop will conclude with a practical delivery on applying the components of the course, to achieve a certificate of completion. To be awarded Certified Change Leader (CCL) - an additional submission will be required, demonstrating the application of the knowledge gained
