Southern First Nations Secretariat (SFNS) will be onsite at Bluewater Health to support individuals with applications related to Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) cards and registration.

Individuals attending are asked to bring the required identification and supporting documents.
For SCIS card renewals/applications, please bring:
• One valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, health card, photo card or passport)
For registration under the Indian Act, please bring:
• Long-form birth certificate
• One valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, health card, photo card or passport)
• Family lineage information
