Introduction to Ark Set up and Key Positions (IC, NetCon, Ops, Recon)
Info: We will take about 10 minutes per Position to go through Position Bins. Position Descriptions will be led by current CERT members

Mock Activation...Activation through Recon Group Deployment
Info: We will create a simulated activation, and slowly walk through the steps in opening the ARK, establishing an IC, and deploying Recon Groups to gather information about the status of critical infrastructure. This exercise will be geared towards allowing us to assess the efficiency of our system to gather and summarize critical infrastructure assessments.
🕑: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Debrief / Hot Wash
Info: We will take 30 minutes to discuss our exercise. Input from all members will be encouraged. We will strive to use the "sandwich method"...one thing that went well, followed by an area we can improve, topped off by another aspect where we achieved our objective. As always, this will be viewed as a valuable opportunity to improve our ability to perform our stated objective.
