Ceroc Derby Silver Soiree 2 Room Freestyle

A brand new two room freestyle experience at Derby

For this freestyle, we are trying something completely new by opening Charlie’s Bar as a dedicated SILC room alongside our usual mainstream freestyle in the main room.

Advanced Ceroc Masterclass

From 7.10pm until 7.50pm, Dan Akers will be teaching an Advanced Ceroc Masterclass featuring two challenging moves connected by a seriously cool link. This class is suitable for dancers with a minimum of six months’ Ceroc experience who are ready to challenge themselves and add something new to their dancing. The masterclass costs £9 when booked online or £10 on the door, in addition to your freestyle entry. Pay £22 for both if booked online

Main room

Enjoy the brilliant mainstream Ceroc music and lively atmosphere you already know and love, with plenty of variety to keep you dancing throughout the night.

Charlie’s Bar SILC room

From 8.30pm until 11.30pm, Charlie’s Bar will become our dedicated SILC room, with Dan Akers and Mark Emmans-Taylor playing three hours of gorgeous SILC music.

You can move freely between both rooms throughout the evening and enjoy two completely different musical experiences. At 11.30pm, Charlie’s Bar will close and everyone will come together in the main room for the final half hour of SILC.

Freestyle entry is £12.50 online or £14.50 on the door

This is a one off trial and whether we can offer the two room format at future Derby freestyles will depend on the support it receives. We would love you to come along, experience it for yourself and share your feedback with us afterwards.
