Tea Minus One offers premium matcha from Uji, Japan - Japan’s most famous site for ceremonial grade matcha. Since 2021, Veronica has been studying Omotesenke Japanese tea ceremony at the Morikami Japanese Museum & Gardens in Delray Beach, Florida. She performs on stage at Morikami once a month during the cold season, and she is also a member of the Omotesenke Domonkai tea ceremony school from Kyoto, Japan.
