Ceremonial Cacao & Sound Bath

This offering begins with ceremonial cacao to support heart-opening and grounded connection before settling into deep rest through sound.

The sound bath is supported by crystal singing bowls in the key of F (associated with the heart chakra) helping to further soften and open the heart space. Accompanied by intuitive vocals and a variety of healing instruments, this musically inclined approach will create a soundscape designed to support emotional presence, gentle release, and integration.

First 30 minutes:
• Settling in & recieving of ceremonial cacao
• Guided intention-setting & meditation
• Optional time for journaling and reflection

60-minute sound bath:
• Immersive sound journey (crystal bowls, chimes, drums, vocals, and more)
• Support for nervous system regulation and emotional processing

Mostly quiet, inward-focused experience held in community.

Cacao gently opens the heart and supports emotional awareness.
Sound helps regulate the nervous system and release held tension.
Together, they create a space to feel, stay present, and be supported.

Additional blankets, pillows, and eye masks are provided, but consider bringing your own props if you prefer.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket and/or pillow
