Ceremonia de cierre 2026: Yin, Sound Healing & Journaling

Te invitamos a un encuentro acogedor para despedir el año juntos y dar la bienvenida a la versión de ti que está floreciendo en 2026.
About this Event

You’re invited to a cozy community gathering to honor who you’ve been in 2025 and welcome who you’re becoming in 2026.

Take this moment to pause, reflect, and care for yourself before stepping into the new year. Led by Helena Fierle, Frizzant Yin & Sound Healing Teacher and Somatic Therapist, this ceremony will help you nourish your body, mind, and spirit through:
-Reflective journaling
-Breathwork
-Restorative yin yoga
-Optional facial-cranial massage and aromatherapy
-Gong bath & sound healing
Gift yourself this time to slow down and reconnect with your intentions for the year ahead.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and held by your community.
