Girl Dinner - Ceramic Workshop 🍷🍓
A creative little escape where you get to slow down, work with clay, and make something special just for you.
In this workshop, you’ll create your own Girl Dinner set: a bowl or plate and a cup or mug, perfect for those cozy evenings when you just want to enjoy your favourite snacks, tea, or wine in something handmade.
The workshop takes place over two sessions (the last two Saturdays of the month) and runs from April to June.
3 hour session 10:00- 13:00 +-
Session 1:
Hand-build your Girl Dinner set using 1.5 kg of clay and learn the basics of working with clay.
Session 2:
Return to paint and personalise your pieces with a selection of beautiful underglaze colours.
Once finished, your pieces will be fired and glazed, making them ready to use at home.
Some sessions may take place outdoors, and if the weather doesn’t cooperate, a Saturday session might be moved to Sunday.
If you can’t attend the second session, you can book a private
session at Hemels Café to complete your piece.
What’s included:
• All materials and tools
• 1.5 kg clay
• Tuition and guidance
• Underglaze colours
• Firing and glazing
• Still Water during the session
The venue also has a lovely onsite café, so you’re welcome to enjoy food or drinks while creating.
Your finished pieces can be collected once ready, or delivery can be arranged at shipping cost.
