Ceramic Mug Making - Community Craft

This is a rare oportunity to make your own ceramic mug at an unbelievably low price! This oportunity comes up once a year. Space is limited so don't delay!

Learn how to shape a lump of raw clay into a mug to be proud of! Using slab building techniques, slip and score your vessel and use stamps and various textures to finish your piece.

This workshop is designed as a taster session. We will be making smaller mugs than my standard workshop. Time will be spent designing the piece and learning about clay.

All mugs will by fired and glazed in transparent glaze, or you can book for the following week, Friday 24th July, to paint your mug from our wide range of glazes.

All workshops include all materials and instructions from the tutor. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included.
