Join us for a powerful overnight retreat designed to help you break old patterns, let go of stuck energy, and reconnect to the present moment through the power of breathwork, sound, nature, and community.This is desgined to not only allow you to experience the power of these practices but also learn how to integrate them into your routine, to assist you with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
What’s Included:
Saturday Evening we will have a Centred Ceremony which consists of the following...
- Transformational Breathwork Journey with Live sound and energy healing
- Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony with intention setting and sharing
- Shared meal at the end
- Shared accomodation
Sunday we will begin with practices- Breathwork, Meditation & Cold Exposure (cold is always optional but we encourage you to go beyond the limits of the mind and outside your comfort zone)
- Wim Hof Method Breathwork with live sound journey
- Cold Exposure training, experience, and integration
- Mindset and integration education
- Closing circle & shared lunch
This is held in a beautiful nature setting in the Adelaide Hills designed to leave you feeling clear, connected, and centred.

Arrive Saturday from 530pm | Closing Sunday by 12-1pm
Investment: $175 – includes both days, all sessions, two nourishing meals, tea/cacao, and full guidance through the experience.
This retreat is for anyone feeling called to reset, realign, and reclaim their energy. No previous breathwork experience required.
