This ever popular play is a delightful Neil Simon comedy about young newlyweds adjusting to living with each other in their tiny, fifth-floor walk-up in New York City. Corie is an effervescent free spirit. Paul, her polar opposite, is conservative, grounded and somewhat overwhelmed by his new wife’s joie de vivre. Everything comes to a comic head when Corie sets up a blind date between her dour mother, Ethel, and their exotic neighbor, Victor Velasco. A wild evening ensues, and the young couple learns they must accept and embrace their differences.
Running Time: 2 hrs and 20 mins with two 10 min intermissions.
