Let's have a group drive up to Fredericksburg, VA, to help a new MINI group get off the ground with one of their first events. They're meeting at the Potbelly restaurant at 1240 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. It's about a 2 1/2 hour trip up the Northern Neck to Fredericksburg. We'll take a leisurely drive up to lunch and then a drive over for some ice cream with them. Who knows, we might even stop for more ice cream on the way back to Hampton Roads.
We can meet up at our shop, Peninsula Auto Shine & Supply, at 200 Commerce Circle, Unit G, located directly behind the County Grill restaurant in Yorktown, around 10:30 for a wheels-up departure time of 11 AM. From there, we'll head up Route 17 to Fredericksburg.
From there, you can either retrace your route down Route 17 to Hampton Roads or jump on I-95 to I-64 for a little more direct route.
