Central Park Bliss: Yoga on the Green

Kick off your weekend with a soul-awakening outdoor yoga session in the heart of Central Park. Join us every Friday at 10 AM for an invigorating and blissful experience on a sprawling lawn, away from the usual park foot traffic.

What to Expect:

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow: Begin your day with an innovative and fluid Vinyasa sequence, guided with intention and energy to awaken your body and spirit. Embrace the serene morning atmosphere of Central Park.

Sacred Meditation and Manifestation: Following our revitalizing practice, we'll shift into a peaceful meditative ritual, focusing on sacred manifestation and setting positive intentions for the weekend ahead.

Inspired by Ancient Wisdom: Just as the ancient sages drew wisdom from nature, we too, as modern yogis, find inspiration in the natural beauty of Central Park, fostering personal growth and collective harmony.

Exclusive and Intimate: To ensure a meaningful and personalized experience, our classes are limited to just 19 participants.

IMPORTANT: DON'T follow the map on Eventbrite! Instead, please go to the Google Map link or coordinates given to you after registration.

Please bring your own mat, and whatever props you may need. I also recommend bringing:

- water

- coverup in case it gets cold

- sunscreen

- sunglasses

- insect repellant

- credit card or money, in case you want to get something at the Pier I Cafe for an after-Yoga treat:)

- any other props you'd like to use

Weather Dependent: Given the outdoor nature of this event, any changes or cancellations will be communicated via email by 9 PM on the day before the class. Rest assured, you will receive a full refund if the session is canceled.
