🤍 Sometimes, the hardest part of loss is feeling like the rest of the world has kept moving while your heart stands still.
Our support group meets the second Saturday of each month in the meeting room at Coastal Peaks Coffee in San Luis Obispo. This is an open and safe space for women in any stage of pregnancy and infant loss grief. Children and babies are kindly requested not to attend as everyone is in a different place in their grief and motherhood journey.
Come as you are. No pressure to speak, just a place to be. 🕊️
