This 3rd annual Temple event benefits the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Council 4971, which raises funds for local student scholarships. The festival is proudly hosted by Chef Flaco’s Gourmet Foods in partnership with LULAC Council 4971. What to Expect:• Free-Open to the Public- A Salsa tasting contest, A Chihuahua Best Dressed Contest, and a Salena Look-A-Like cContest • Amazing local vendors• Live music• Mexican Dancers, and Food trucks.
