A music scholar, historian, actor, podcaster, and co-founder of the Carolina Chocolate Drops, Dom has spent decades preserving and sharing the rich history of American music. He also hosts the American Songster Radio Show on WSM in Nashville and serves on boards for the Steve Martin Banjo Prize, Folk Alliance International, Music Maker Relief Foundation, and the Recording Academy.
Whether performing, storytelling, or sharing his infectious energy, Dom Flemons offers an evening that is as entertaining as it is enlightening. Fun fact: he once won a Merengue dance competition in the Dominican Republic—so expect surprises both on and off the stage!
