This October Centacare NQ will host our fourth Big Blue Table Breakfast during Mental Health Week. This year the spotlight is on “Thriving Team, Thriving Workplace”. Whether you are an employer or an employee, join us to foster workplace wellbeing.37% of workers in Australia consider their employer their main source of mental health support.
Each year we welcome a key speaker to discuss current topics that are impacting our community. Past attendees have gained knowledge on how to support the people around them, heard from speakers with lived experience and come away with inspiration to uphold a proactive and positive mindset.
Our 2025 Big Blue Table Breakfast will also include a Wellbeing Expo, available to browse pre and post breakfast.
Centacare NQ is a not-for-profit organisation celebrating 46 years of supporting our local community in 2025.
