CENE Climate Action Group

We’re looking forward to bringing partners together at the upcoming funding event hosted by the Constructing Excellence North East's Climate Action Group - a chance to spark new ideas, build collaboration and drive forward climate action across the region.

The session will be hosted by Dr Olli Jones, Associate Director at Cundall and we welcome speakers;

-Kirsty Tweddle, Head of Sustainability (NE & Yorkshire) at Equans who will discuss Green Funding.

-Peter Riddell, Programme Manager (Net Zero and Energy), at the North East MSA who will give an overview of the SME Energy Savings project and the North East Energy Accelerator programme.

-Karen Daglish, Programme Manager Coast and Rural, at the North East MSA who will discuss the Carbon and Nature Market Place and opportunities to invest and fundraise.

Presentations will be followed by a workshop to spark new ideas, build collaboration and information sharing and drive forward climate action in our region.
