What kind of staffing levels are working?
Is staff full-time or part-time?
What equipment is assigned to the cemetery department?
What kind of databases do the agencies use?
What is special or unique about their programs?
Do they have a landscape plan that is something you might utilize?
What are the major issues they are having?
Be prepared to hear from your peers and ask questions. This roundtable will be very interactive and is a great place to make connections in the field which is your responsibility.
