The whole and all of you is completely welcome along to this wonderful event to celebrate the Boyne Valley’s recently launched ‘Boyne Valley to Lakelands Greenway in County Meath!
You are invited to join me for a gentle, relaxing yet uplifting Celtic Meditative Soundbath on Saturday from 11am to 12.30pm at Wilkinstown Community Centre.
Join me for this unique deep listening experience where I will gently guide you on a sound journey immersed in soothing sounds and songs in celebration of our native language & culture.
A wonderful opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself and our beautiful motherland! �
This is a lying down concert for your ancient soul!
I am honoured to share this with you, as it holds deep & personal significance for me, connecting me to my ancestral Gaelic heritage, which traces its roots from the Blasket Islands to Baile Ghib.
No previous experience of yoga, meditation or anything else is required for this experience. Just come along & give yourself full permission to just lay back, rest & receive and let the sounds wash over you & do all of the work!
It’s s perfect time to unplug from everything and enjoy some inward time as we connect in with the new season.
What to bring:
Something to lie on (A yoga mat or something similar) You’re welcome to use pillows, blankets, eye masks, cosy socks, and anything else that will help you feel nourished and nurtured!
