Try our Irish Dance class designed especially for adults! Whether you're brand new to Irish dance or a seasoned stepper, this class blends traditional Irish dance moves with aerobic conditioning for a workout that's as fun as it is effective.
No prior dance experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let the rhythm guide you!
Class will meet on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM at Twist Ballroom Studio in Pelham. We begin October 7th!
