(Danish below)🖼️ The Exhibition:
'Cellular Decisions' seeks to foster an alternative conversation about abortion, moving away from the binary opinionated debate in the U.S, while exploring narrative experiences of life and abortion. The exhibition was created in the fall of 2024 in New York, a state that has long served as a sanctuary state, upholding and protecting women’s right to abortion over the years.
'Cellular Decisions' takes the form of a co-creative, multimodal exhibition, featuring installations, voice recordings and photographs created by, and together with participants involved in the project. Focusing on various personal perceptions of life during and after an abortion, eight women in New York, aged 24-70, participated in creating the exhibition. All participants remain anonymous, while offering a personal perspective on the subject.
Please bring headphones in order to listen to the stories accompanying the exhibited pictures.

Udstillingen
Texas'.
Udstillingen vil fortsat være tilgængelig i Asta Bar under alle festivalens visninger. Gratis at deltage.
