What is Cellar Wars:
Two sommeliers go head-to-head in a blind wine pairing competition. For each course of the 4 courses, both sommeliers will select a wine to be served blind alongside the brunch dish. Guests will taste both pairings and vote for their favorite each round. Votes for each course will determine who is the “Cellar Wars Champion”.
The featured competitors for this date will be Dakota Nobles, CMS Advanced Sommelier of Silverleaf Club, and Hector Fuentes, CMS Advanced Sommelier of The Guest House.
