• eye mask (also available for $1-please have exact change)

Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled in. Doors will close promptly at 6:30pm for the one hour Sound Bath. You will be on a hard surface floor, so bring enough blankets, pillows, etc so that you will be comfortable. Be sure to wear cozy clothes and socks to ensure you are warm in your own personal cocoon.
