Celestial Reverie

Xavier's Celestial Reverie will be held at Cafe Moment in Chantilly, VA on 10/17 (1-6 PM).

While this event is free to attend, we will be enforcing time slot reservations to prevent overcrowding and adhere to fire safety occupancy load. As a bonus, ALL attendees who RSVP will receive a free, random Orbiting Deepspace sticker from past events! Reservations are limited to 4 tickets per person and stickers are limited to one PER PERSON, so if you reserve for a group of friends, everyone must be present at check-in to receive their sticker! To ensure fairness, timeslots are also limited to ONE per person. If you reserve multiple, different time slots (such as a 1-2 PM session and a 2-3 PM session), we will automatically cancel your other reservations and keep your earliest timeslot to keep freebie distribution fair for all attendees.

All cancelled reservations will automatically go back in the ticket pool so if you need to make ANY changes to your time slot, please reach out to us through Gmail or IG @spacekittyevents BEFORE cancelling through Eventbrite.

Please note that cupsleeves can be redeemed only after making a cafe purchase (any food or drink of your choice) and is not automatically included with your timeslot reservation. RSVPs also do not guarantee merch availability!

Time slot reservations are not required to attend this event, but we will prioritize attendees with tickets if the shop exceeds the maximum occupancy. Overflow attendees will be asked to line up outside until there is enough room to enter. Please also adhere to your 60-minute time slots and DO NOT hang out inside for several hours to help us maintain crowd control and ensure attendees can all enjoy their time at the event!

Our volunteers reserve the right to kindly ask attendees to leave the cafe in the case of overstaying inside. If you wish to participate in our later activities such as the silent auction and ita bag/cosplay meet-up, please keep in mind that auction hours will be held towards the end of the day when the cafe will be least crowded. We'll also be taking the group pictures outside of the store which will not require a time slot reservation.
