During the session, I’ll guide you through a series of breathing techniques supported by evocative music, a safe and supportive atmosphere, and intuitive energy work. You’ll have space to explore your inner world in a way that feels right for you.

How to Prepare

• Comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
• A light meal beforehand; avoid heavy food within 90 minutes.
• Avoid stimulants on the day (ideally 4h before the session).

Bring:

• A water bottle
• A crystal
• A journal for reflections (optional)

This session is open to everyone—no previous experience is required. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
