Celele x Madre Selva: One-Year Anniversary Dinner with Guest Chef Jaime David Rodríguez

To kick off its one-year anniversary weekend, Madre Selva welcomes Chef Jaime Rodríguez of Celele in Cartagena, Colombia--recently ranked No. 48 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list--for a one-night-only dining experience on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

For this special collaboration, Chef Jaime and the Madre Selva team will present an intimate seven-course tasting menu inspired by the vibrant flavors and biodiversity of Colombia and Latin America. The experience includes three cocktails by Bar Director Alex Holender, designed to complement the menu throughout the evening.

The dinner will be offered in two seatings at 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM, with only 40 seats available per seating. Tickets are $150 per guest, plus tax and gratuity, and are expected to sell out quickly.
