On April 2nd, the Blue Hawk Theatre Guild at Dickinson State University will host a special Children’s Theatre performance in celebration of International Children’s Book Day.
Designed especially for Pre-K and lower elementary students, this 30-minute interactive performance will bring beloved stories to life through dynamic characters, expressive storytelling, and high-energy theatrical moments. Our goal is simple: to spark imagination, celebrate literacy, and create a joyful first theatre experience for young learners.
The performance will take place on April 2 from 6:00–6:30 PM on the DSU campus.
Through events like this, the Blue Hawk Theatre Guild continues its mission to connect campus and community, provide experiential learning for student performers, and cultivate a lifelong love of the arts in Western North Dakota’s youngest audiences.
Before and after the show The Book Corral will be there!! Grad a book or two!!
