Celebration of Rumi's Wedding night (Shebi Arus)

You are invited to celebrate the passing of Sufi Saint and 13th-century Mystic Poet Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi.

752 years ago, Rumi died on December 17th 1273 — Sufis have continued to celebrate this Night of Union for over 700 years.

Rumi called this night his Wedding Night.

SHEB-I ARUS the Night of Union with the Divine Beloved.

Join us for the formal Mevlevi Sema Ceremony from the Mevlevi Order of America.

The doors open at 6.00 pm

The event begins at 7:00 pm and will close at 9:00 pm
